Short version: we do not hold credentials, we do not connect to your accounts, and product data you scan is used to produce your report.
Store credentials. None are requested, handled or stored. The product has no login to your Shopify or Google account.
Product data you provide. Your CSV file is not uploaded — it is read in your browser and the diagnosis runs there; the file itself never reaches us. Only when you start a live scan are the rows of that scan sent to us (at most 10 products), and they are used only to produce your report. The columns sent are limited to what the diagnosis needs — product id, title, price, currency, inventory state, barcode, whether a barcode exists, brand and the product URL. Any other columns in your file (cost, supplier, internal notes) never leave your browser.
Pages we fetch. Publicly available product pages are requested the way a search crawler requests them. Only the parts needed for the five checks are read.
Abuse record. So we can measure that the tool is not being used to load someone else's store, two counters are kept: hourly request totals per domain scanned, and hourly scan counts per visitor. These are separate records and are never joined — no line says who scanned which store. Your address never appears in a log in the clear.
Contact details. If you ask to be notified or request a manual report, your email address is used for that purpose.
Third parties. Product data is not sold or shared for advertising.
This page describes intended handling for the early-access product and will be replaced by a full policy before any paid plan opens. If something here matters to your decision, ask before you rely on it.
