There is no purchasable report, paid plan or automatic charge. Therefore there is no current transaction that creates delivery, cancellation or refund obligations.
Today's state of the four modes
Quick Scan
Anonymous, free and limited to a fixed sample of up to 10 products. Results appear in the browser and live-comparison response; there is no purchase.
Connected Audit
The production OAuth connection path is open with access control; Shopify App Store review and general distribution are not complete. No price, order or delivery date is published.
Continuous Monitoring
Encrypted history, scheduling and the outbox were verified on the production path; a real Resend inbox delivery was observed. The temporary record was removed, with no active store or public access.
Expert Review
A local review package can be downloaded after a report and the user can prepare an early-access request in their own email app. A request is not an order, fee acceptance or delivery promise.
About cancellation and refunds
No online or email payment is accepted today; there is no purchasable service. The current product surface therefore has no order that gives rise to cancellation or refund.
You can withdraw a beta or early-access request, or request deletion of your contact data, by writing to info@storefrontdrift.com.
If a paid service opens in the future, the total price, scope, delivery and applicable cancellation/refund terms must be shown in a separate agreement before collection; this page makes no future commercial commitment.
